Keith’s career has followed a rather winding path into data analytics. Prior to discovering his love for data, he worked on human rights issues in India and Congo and then taught math to students with disabilities in Washington, D.C. After several years in the classroom, Keith decided to use his math skills in a different way, becoming a data analyst for his school district and helping schools understand academic and behavioral trends.
When he discovered InterWorks, Keith found a way to combine his love for analytics and teaching. He now helps companies make sense of their data, teaching people how to use Tableau along the way. A minimalist at heart, Keith is always trying to find the simplest way to communicate insights to the people who need them. He also loves giving dashboards a facelift.
When he’s not building dashboards, you’re most likely to find Keith sitting in a coffee shop or sharpening his knife skills in his kitchen. He also enjoys exploring cities with his friends, hanging out with his former students and volunteering his time for the #VizforSocialGood project.
