Simon grew up in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and studied in nearby Eau Claire before recently moving to Portland, Oregon, with his wife Noelle. The two are soaking in the Pacific Northwest pace, sharing a home with friends and exploring their new city every chance they get.

Outside of work, Simon stays active running marathons, bike touring, playing music, and crafting stained glass. He and Noelle took a cross‑country road trip this past summer, hitting national parks along the way. At home, they love hosting dinners and movie nights powered by their thrifted popcorn machine.

At work, Simon enjoys solving puzzles through teamwork and creative brainstorming. His curiosity for behavioral science helps him blend structure with imagination. Known for his quirky yodel‑like whistle and adventurous spirit, he brings energy and thoughtfulness wherever he goes.
