At 17 years old, Alyscia made the collegiate cheer team for Oklahoma State and made the 3,000 mile move from Alaska to Oklahoma to attend college and study accounting. In her senior year of college, she found InterWorks and started working with us. She made the move from Stillwater to our Tulsa office and made a life for herself there.

Alyscia started a side business in the wedding industry as a passion project and creative outlet. In the 2.5 years that she co-owned this business, she was a part of over 80 events celebrating people’s milestones from weddings to baby showers and more. Meeting people in this industry led her to then creating a social club for the women of Tulsa. It has become an opportunity for women in adulthood to have an opportunity to network, make friends, support local businesses, workout plus so much more. Seeing women come together to support this club plus local Tulsa businesses has brought her such joy.

Life is changing yet again as she enters her late twenties. She is moving to Dallas and will be slowing down her involvement in all the things and focusing on her personal life. She loves to read, eat sushi, go on walks, hang out with her boyfriend on the golf course and watch Dallas Stars hockey games. All of these hobbies will be perfect in her new city with her boyfriend and sister nearby and she is so excited to be living near family again for the first time in over a decade.
