A lifelong learner and explorer, Michaela is an Analytics Consultant who thrives when she's constantly challenged and expanding her toolkit. She enjoys working with a curious, analytical team to solve complex problems and finds joy in discovering creative solutions.

Michaela is passionate about play and the design of childhood environments. She serves on the board of a local civic organization that hosts lectures and fundraisers around these topics. She dreams of one day running a toy store that offers both big-box and locally made artisan toys.

Outside of work, Michaela enjoys reading, writing, crafting, climbing and gaming. She recently took up embroidery and tends to adopt a new craft every few years. When she’s not feeling quite as creative, she can usually be found playing cozy or procedural video games. She’s also a big fan of musicals — putting one on for a sing-along is her favorite mood-booster.
