With a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Derrick came to InterWorks with a background in highly scaled software development and database design. After successfully mastering a career in programming, Derrick began a quest for a more business-oriented career, which led him to an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and eventually his current position with the business-intelligence team at InterWorks.

Outside of work, Derrick enjoys spending time outdoors in a variety of ways, such as hiking and biking. When he isn't roaming the countryside, Derrick also plays a variety of instruments, including the bass guitar.
