Originally from Santa Monica, Randy now proudly calls Oklahoma home. Before joining InterWorks, he spent 17 years at Dell Technologies, where he excelled in tech support and sales. While passionate about leading teams, he deeply values learning from those around him. Known for his great sense of humor, Randy believes a little laughter goes a long way in keeping the workplace motivated and productive.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Julie, and son, Jason. He stays active at his CrossFit gym, plays in volleyball leagues, and participates in golf scrambles. His favorite vacations are those spent in the mountains, surrounded by nature and wildlife.
