Nick's been drawn to electronics since he could hold a screwdriver. As a kid, when the family computer crashed, he'd open it up, swap parts and troubleshoot until his video games ran again. That early curiosity about how things work and fixing them naturally led him to IT and ultimately to InterWorks, where he gets to do what he loves most: solving problems and making systems work for people.

At home, Nick tends a 150-gallon saltwater reef tank stocked with vibrant fish and corals. The hobby mirrors his professional work in unexpected ways. Both require patience, attention to detail and an appetite for tackling complex challenges. The tank sits in his home office, a living project that started years ago when he first caught the aquarium bug and evolved into the intricate, expensive hobby it is today. Whether he's selecting a new coral or doing daily maintenance, Nick finds the underwater world endlessly engaging.

When he's not tinkering with computers or his reef, Nick spends time with his wife and two daughters, ages 11 and 9. Family life orbits around shared interests and adventures, introducing his kids to the hobbies and curiosities that have shaped him and building a home where things that light up, plug in and grow are cause for genuine excitement.
