Kate has always had a passion for supporting others. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2016 with a focus on human resource management, she was excited to apply her passion and education to supporting people in the workplace. She spent the next six years working for an HR staffing firm, gaining a tremendous amount of experience right out of college.

Kate now applies her drive, skill and experience to making the lives of our InterWorks people better every day. Outside of work, Kate loves reality TV, birding and Texas Rangers Baseball. She is a dedicated homebody and happiest when spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers, River and Rhodes.
