Matt’s interest in technology began when he was as young as eight. He received his first Xbox and fell in love instantly and spent most of his teen years playing video games and constantly having his mom tell him to get off the console and go outside. While in college at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Matt’s interest in IT work reached new heights when he received his first Dell PowerEdge server from a close friend. Since then, Matt eats, sleeps and breathes servers. Prior to joining InterWorks, Matt was a deployment engineer with a payroll software company in Oklahoma City.

Some of Matt’s other interests aside from technology are cars, tennis and music. An avid car guy, he is a part of the Chargers of Oklahoma and the Challengers of Oklahoma car groups. Along with cars, Matt’s musical taste is extremely broad, from listening to rock music to jumping around to country and pop.
