Nayeem has over twenty years of government and public sector experience supporting business and Information Technology missions, with a focus on enabling analytics and data literacy across all levels of the organization. Prior to InterWorks, he worked as a Program Manager, overseeing analytics implementation at Federal Civilian Agencies.

He was hired in 2015 to establish the InterWorks DC office and grow the East Coast business. Over the next few years, he managed a global program to create a uniform customer success experience for clients. Most recently, he managed InterWorks’ Services arm, overseeing all delivery before moving back into a familiar role, overseeing the Strategy and Solutions group.

As far as Nayeem’s hobbies go, he has learned to appreciate the outdoors from his wife – a native Coloradan. They enjoy hiking or going out to lakes in the summer and skiing in the winter. He also enjoys traveling to new destinations and hanging out with his kids. When traveling somewhere new, Nayeem has two must-dos: visit the local coffee shop and go for a running tour of the neighborhood.
