Chris Malins grew up in Essex and made his way to Oxford Brookes University before spending 18 months backpacking the world. He eventually returned to the UK, built a career in London and settled down in Farnham, Surrey with a growing family. It's the kind of origin story that tends to produce someone with good instincts, wide perspective and a flat white in hand.
Outside of work, Chris is a self-taught guitarist (entirely by ear, no sheet music required), a keen skier and a committed Farnham Town FC supporter. He hikes the Surrey Hills with his Cockapoo Hershey, helps organise community events through Farnham Round Table and raises money for local charities. When it's time to decompress, it's either a mountain bike ride, a Spotify deep dive or a rewatch of Detectorists.
Chris is energized by collaboration with smart, data-driven colleagues and is passionate about helping clients achieve AI-driven decision intelligence. He cares deeply about DEI, climate action and making live music accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford inflated fees.
A curious, well-traveled and community-minded consultant, Chris is the kind of person who makes a team better just by showing up.
