Nicholas Gootos
Systems Engineer
Originally from East Setauket, New York, on Long Island, Nick is far from home, opting to study at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. After building his first computer as an 8-year-old, his love for technology has only grown. Currently a senior pursuing a management information systems degree, with a double minor in data science and information assurance, Nick was introduced to InterWorks by one of his professors.

In his free time, Nick enjoys, cooking and baking. Outside of the kitchen, he loves to do anything involving sports and has played baseball since he was four years old. This combo of unique culinary and athletic skills allows him to adapt in stressful situations and use his sharp problem-solving skills in the blink of an eye. Nick still loves to build computers and has even built all the gaming computers for his group of friends, so they can play games together.
