James Austin
Director of Services, EMEA
A watersports man through and through, it all started at age five with sailing and then racing dinghies. Then he switched to windsurfing for a bit more fun when he realised that "you have to work a bit too hard to get to the Olympics in sailing."

Since then he has dabbled with kayaking, swimming, yachting and, more recently, wakeboarding. But no, not kitesurfing.

Having owned and run the largest game-console repair business for nearly 10 years, you’d think he’d be a gamer. However, much like the chocolate factory worker, you can sometimes have a bit too much of a good thing.

Recently, little boy number two (I think that’s what they called him) arrived to keep him and his wife, Louise, busy.
