His background in Maths and Computer Science set him up well for his first real venture into the business world, owning and running the largest game-console repair company in Europe. It was here that he discovered a passion for business analytics and data visualisation which he continues to pursue here at InterWorks. James has a wide range of outdoor hobbies, many based around the water, like sailing, windsurfing and wakeboarding. More recently his active life comes in the form of running and exploring the beautiful areas around Bournemouth beach and the New Forest enjoyed with his wife and 2 boys. Or, perhaps a little club level tennis.

Definitely a people person, James makes sure that his services teams are well motivated and busy with exciting data and analytical consulting projects. His EMEA team is currently spread all across the UK, Germany and Netherlands giving a fantastic mix of tools, industries and cultures to enjoy. Never a dull moment in such a fast moving field, and with generative AI set to continue this trend, he is looking forward to helping more companies gain true value from their data.
