Richard Clapp
Systems Engineer
Richard first became interested in Magic: The Gathering back in 1994 while still in college. The game had just entered its third edition, and Richard was an avid fan along with several of his college pals. He says the wonderful artwork and storyline behind the expansions helped to get him interested in the game, and the game also allowed him to expand his circle of friends during and after college.
Richard still has most of his cards from back in the day and has added others over time as the opportunity arises. Nowadays, you won’t find him playing the game as much, as he is often working with InterWorks or spending time with his wife and daughters. However, when he gets the chance, you can find Richard sneaking in some game time on the recently released computer game version called Duels of Planeswalkers.
