While Kelley is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, she considers herself half Okie and half Texan, as she lived most of her adult life in the Dallas, Texas area. Watch for it, you can hear it in her accent.

She went to "the other school" in Oklahoma and may or may not sing "Boomer Sooner" in her sleep. She is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching college football and NFL games, professional golf, and even has season tickets to the Tulsa Drillers minor league baseball games.

Kelley found her love for human resources early in her career and has experience with best practices in a vast array of industries. She has enjoyed the shift from paperwork in Human Resources to "people work" in People Operations.
