Gosia has always been drawn to technology. What began as a childhood curiosity after getting her first computer quickly grew into a passion for programming. She studied Software Development in Denmark and the Netherlands before eventually making her way to Berlin a few years ago.

Before joining InterWorks, Gosia worked as both a programmer and a project manager. Along the way, she realized that project management was where she truly thrived. With a technical background and a people-focused mindset, she brings a unique perspective to managing complex projects and helping teams work better together.

Outside of work, Gosia loves art, tech and travel. She enjoys staying active and is always on the lookout for interesting events or exhibitions. A self-proclaimed movie buff, she’s usually excited to talk about what she’s watched recently or what’s next on her list. She’s always happy to trade project tips for movie recommendations.
