Elliott has always loved the thrill of seeing new places. Some of his favorite memories are from hiking through castle ruins when he was younger, which ultimately laid the foundation of his deep passion for discovery. That same curiosity grew into a fascination for figuring out how things work, specifically electricity. It’s no surprise then that Elliott went on to study electrical engineering at Mizzou.
Engineering was just the start. While pursuing his MBA, Elliott soon found himself exploring numerous disciplines, including neuroscience, advertising, journalism and marketing analytics. These subjects eventually pulled him into the world of data. Now, he’s hooked on using data’s bread crumbs to piece together the big picture, helping others to experience the thrill of data discovery.
When not diving into data, Elliott loves playing guitar, reading sci fi and fantasy books, trying out new microbrews, hanging out with family and, of course, getting out into nature. Whenever he can, he makes a dash for any trails, parks or mountains nearby, eager to match the excitement of climbing through the castle ruins that first inspired him.
