Carter’s curiosity for visuals began at a very young age: color-coordinating his Hot Wheels, drawing greeting cards in elementary school, cultivating a YouTube channel in middle school, taking all sorts of pictures in high school. All these things led him to study graphic design at Oklahoma State University.
After learning about branding, marketing and motion graphics, Carter had a short stint in a Dallas advertising agency. Soon after, he made a quick redirect back to Oklahoma to join the InterWorks marketing team.
Outside of work, he can be found at the beach, watching murder-mystery shows or overindulging in Mexican food. On any given day, you’re guaranteed to find him wearing at least one thing from J.Crew, and he spends a lot of his down time drawing, painting and taking pictures. He loves to try new creative practices and continually seeks inspiration from his surroundings, experiences and relationships.
