Steph comes from an “all data, all the time” background. She has spent over 25 years working with companies to figure out what data to collect, how to collect it, where to store it, and how to get it back out in a way that makes the most sense. Her favorite part of any project is when the client sees their data in a meaningful way for the first time - it’s like magic! That’s what she likes to create.
Steph lives in Katy, TX, due west of the Houston area, with her two teenage sons and her lab and lab/Doberman doggos (Daisy Fuentes and Captain Sullenberger, respectively). She is an avid runner and spends her “free” time looking at beach houses so that when her boys are both out of the nest, she can live with the sound of the waves in her ears and the sand in her toes.
She’s passionate about abusive patent litigation and claims to spend way too much of her free time reviewing and writing about patent trolls, recent court rulings and patent applications. She is a firm believer that Star Wars > Star Trek and may or may not be the 37th member of the original Star Wars Fan Club. (Hint: She is.)
