Hey, hey, people! Mark here. We here at InterWorks hope that you survived a spook-tacular halloween night with more treats than tricks to your name. I, unfortunately, have far, far too much candy left over, which I’m going to turn into a problem for my dentist next time I see her.
But you’re not here for my personal struggles — you’re here for a recap of all of the blogs we put out in October. We had some super interesting entries this month that I think you’ll enjoy, especially if you’re in the Sigma or AI spaces. One quick thing before we dive in: A song that was in heavy rotation in the month of October!
Look at That Face: (＾ᴥ＾)
You know, if I was a musical artist, I’d also make a catchy song for my pets. “Monty(＾ᴥ＾)” by Novo Amor and Yvette Young has been an absolute bop this month. The instrumentals by Yvette Young take the cake here, with her spectacular math rock guitar riffs blending perfectly with that funky bass line. Check it out here:
As a quick aside, if you want to talk an underrated artist, Yvette Young is near the top of that list for me. She may be, just on a technical basis alone, one of the most talented guitarists in the industry right now. Listen to any of her tracks, and you’ll see what I mean.
