InterWorks’ Trey Lester Recognized as a Nutanix Technology Champion for 2016

Earlier today, Nutanix, known for innovative hyperconverged IT infrastructure solutions, released their list of Nutanix Technology Champions for 2016. The list honors some of the most knowledgeable and helpful personalities within the Nutanix community, and InterWorks’ Trey Lester was among those recognized. As Nutanix Community Manager Angelo Luciani explained in the original post:

“The Nutanix Technology Champion program spans the globe and is comprised of IT professionals from every cloud, application group and technology. They are committed to new ways of thinking that will power the next generation of enterprise computing.”

Way to Go, Trey!

Making this list is quite the honor for Trey, and we’re all incredibly proud of him here at InterWorks. Of course, given his work ethic and deep knowledge of such solutions, we’re not surprised in the least! He’s taken some serious initiative in sharing the benefits of Nutanix, both on the blog (see here and here) as well as in the field. We expect much more where that came from in the coming year. Kudos, Trey!

Why Nutanix?

You might be wondering what Nutanix or hyperconverged IT infrastructure is in the first place. To put it succinctly, hyperconverged IT infrastructure brings together compute, storage and virtualization into one convenient and cost-effective platform. It essentially checks all the boxes. Nutanix has several hardware and software solutions to make that magic happen at different levels, including the free Nutanix Community Edition. If you’re interested in learning more about Nutanix, we’d love for you to get in touch. Trey, along with rest of our team, would be happy to fill you in on all things Nutanix.
