Cole has been fascinated by how things work for as long as he can remember. He’s a builder by nature, and he can’t leave a messy process alone if it can be made simpler, faster, and more reliable. That instinct led him into a career as a software and data architect, where he designs systems that turn complexity into something people can actually use.

Outside of work, Cole is a husband and dad first. He married his wife, Kim, in 2009, and they have four boys: Vincent, Dean, Hank, and Roger. Most of his free time revolves around the hustle and bustle of family life and whatever he’s tinkering with at the moment.
