How Claude Transformed Enterprise Productivity
Keplr Vision knew AI had huge potential, but they needed to prove Claude could handle real corporate work without budgets or data governance spinning out of control. InterWorks stepped in to architect and manage a comprehensive Claude rollout from start to finish.
The Multi-Phase AI Rollout
The first step was to guide Keplr’s teams through a phased Claude rollout, then set up budget guardrails and host training sessions to help invested team members get comfortable with Claude. We also connected Claude to the tools they use every day, like Microsoft 365, Asana and Power BI, giving them an immediate upgrade to their current workflows powered by Claude.
The InterWorks support desk played a critical role: Instead of just closing technical tickets, we treated user requests as coaching conversations about how to best leverage Claude. This hands-on approach is where the partnership truly paid off.
For instance, a user in the Legal department was using Claude Opus, a powerful premium model, to review a massive batch of documents. It was a logical choice for high-stakes legal work, but it was too expensive for initial bulk sorting. One of our engineers sat down with her to optimize the Claude workflow. Together, they shifted the initial bulk review to faster, more cost-effective Claude models (Sonnet and Haiku), reserving the premium Opus model for more complex analysis and attorney review workflows. The result? Comparable output quality at a fraction of the cost, giving the legal team the freedom to process even more documents rather than rationing their Claude budget.
“We approached AI with a clear objective: Move beyond experimentation and put it to work solving real business problems across Keplr. By pairing a disciplined rollout with strong governance, practical use cases and the right enablement, we’ve seen adoption grow quickly and are beginning to realize meaningful productivity gains across the organization. InterWorks has been a valuable partner in that journey, helping us scale our approach while keeping an eye on responsible use, cost and long-term value.”

Measurable AI Adoption with Actual Results
Weekly active Claude user count throughout the organization ballooned in no time. Keplr Vision went from roughly 12 users in mid-May to 55 in August and up to 107 by September, a nearly 9x increase in 4.5 months. Assigned seats in that same period went from 42 to 84. Those aren’t just empty seats either. The weekly active user count is 65% of assigned seats. Monthly, that jumps to 81%.
Those users are now having roughly 1,700 Claude conversations and 916 completed file outputs in the trailing 90 days, 377 Word documents, 274 spreadsheets and 185 decks in that period.
Claude Cowork went from near zero to 739 sessions in 90 days and is up 136% in the last 30 days alone, averaging five chained actions per request.
Even with that spike in Claude users and work, usage remained well within the program’s included allowances. Legal document review that would otherwise be billed as outside counsel discovery hours now runs in-house, increasing savings even more.
With all these changes and improvements taking place, Keplr Vision is looking to continue expanding their Claude usage, seeking out new use cases. InterWorks is both proud and excited to be their partner for those expansions into the foreseeable future.
