My Path to Tableau Conference 2016

As a roving consultant, I’ve always been fascinated by the different paths that people take to get where they’re going. More often than not, they twist and turn in the most unexpected of ways. With TC16 just around the corner, I have the unique opportunity to connect with thousands of such people. I can’t help but wonder what their journey to TC16 was like. Where did they come from? How long did it take for them to get here? Is this their first TC, or are they conference vets?

The answers to those questions remain to be seen, but I can share a little glimpse of my journey to TC16. It’s an especially interesting journey this year, traversing three states and five countries. What better way to share this long journey than with a quick Tableau viz?

What does your journey to TC16 look like? Feel free to share in the comments below or meet me at the conference and we can discuss it in person! If your journey is anything like mine, I’m sure we’ll have plenty to talk about.
