Michelle Gaudette
Enablement Lead
Michelle is all about new experiences. Whether it’s traveling, exploring a new hobby or learning, her curiosity is insatiable. In fact, one of her favorite pastimes is collecting college degrees. Yes, you read that right … she’s spent more time in grad school than most people spend in K-12, with one bachelor’s degree, three master’s degrees and a doctorate to prove it.
Her love of learning has also fed into her love of travel. During the summer of her senior year of college, Michelle traversed Europe, and after completing her doctorate, she spent a month in Wagga Wagga, Australia, training military instructors on the use of aircraft hydraulics simulators. Finally, after 13 years of teaching in the College of Education at the University of West Florida in her hometown of Pensacola, Michelle now gets to live the dream traveling for a living as an analytics consultant with InterWorks.
When she isn’t in college or jet setting to a client site, she’s learning for fun—well, it’s actually always fun for Michelle—about anything from jewelry making and web development to off-grid camping. She also loves flexing her dive skills thanks to her Rescue Diver SCUBA Certification and spending time with her husband and their pets.
