7:00 pm – Transforming to a digital workforce – The Lloyds Bank Business and Consumer Digital Indices are the largest measure of financial and digital capability across the UK. Now in their 4th year of publication, the indices combine businesses and consumers’ actual behavioural data with survey research to understand the attitudes behind their behaviour. Do you want to learn about how Tableau is helping Lloyds Banking Group take this complex data and turn it into digestible insights? In this session, Pippa Law will take a deeper look at the Consumer and Business Digital Index reports which are helping to improve digital skills across the UK. See how they are surfacing and visualising insights from survey data to help improve digital skill across the UK.
