Complete the following steps:

  1. Select Continue.

Note: This error message may occur two more times. Each time, select the Continue option. If the error message appears more than two times, contact your next level of support, for example, your wireless carrier.

  2. Register the BlackBerry smartphone again.

To register the BlackBerry smartphone, follow the instructions in KB00510.

Additional Information

When the Continue option is selected, the BlackBerry smartphone will attempt to connect to the BlackBerry Infrastructure using the expired certificate.
