Introducing InterWorks Assist

InterWorks Assist is a new way for clients to get in touch with our consultants directly. With InterWorks Assist, clients can receive quick help in a pay as you go service that can last as little as 15 minutes. Simply send us an email here and receive the quick help you need. From simple strategic advice to complex calculation troubleshooting, Assist can be your lifeline when you need it.

What Issues Do We Help With?

We’ve navigated the consultant data-verse by training and consulting clients and companies on how to utilize Tableau at its fullest. InterWorks Assist, however, is not exclusive to Tableau issues, although we can certainly help with those. Our Assist team is willing to help with all issues. Whether that’s regarding best practices for dashboards, larger issues with data model support or data science, InterWorks Assist spans the breadth of services we offer at InterWorks. As the BI landscape changes, so will the offerings of InterWorks Assist and how we continue to help clients with their Data Vision.

The process is super easy to get started! The InterWorks Assist page has a short form in which the customer can give some information about what they need help with. Following this, one of our account managers will set up a phone call and get you engaged with the Assist team.
