InterWorks Becomes a Matillion Global Platinum Partner

Our relationship with Matillion has been incredibly strong these past few years, and that relationship just reached new heights. We’re proud to announce that InterWorks is now a Matillion Global Platinum Partner! This is the highest partner designation in the Matillion Partner Network, and we’re excited to work even closer with the folks at Matillion in making convenient and cloud-based ELT a reality for organizations across the world.

“Matillion and InterWorks have a global partnership that helps enterprises unlock the value of their data for more informed decision-making,” said Josh Lewis, VP of Global Channels and Alliances at Matillion. “We are delighted to continue our work with InterWorks and enable organizations to make their data useful using Matillion’s data integration platform and the modern enterprise data stack.”

What Does Global Platinum Mean?

The easiest way to explain the benefit of becoming a Matillion Global Platinum Partner is that it results in much closer collaboration and resource-sharing between Matillion and InterWorks. There are all sorts of benefits pertaining to sales, marketing, technical support, PR, customer success and more. The end goal, of course, is to marshal these benefits toward the broader benefit of our clients. The big takeaway is that Matillion and InterWorks trust each other at the highest level to do right by our shared customers.

From the InterWorks point of view, we’re thrilled that Matillion is honoring us with this distinction. Our teams have worked hard in North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia to help clients transform their data in meaningful ways. Matillion, both from a technological and partnership standpoint, has made this an incredibly smooth and rewarding process. A core tenet of InterWorks is doing work we love, with technology we believe in, alongside the very best people in the industry. Matillion checks all those boxes.

The Case for Matillion

If you’re reading this and are new to Matillion, or you simply need a refresher on its value, now is a great opportunity! Data engineering and transformation have long been arduous and manual, often requiring specialized knowledge to achieve the desired results. This is traditionally done through a process known as ETL (extract, transform, load).

The beauty of Matillion is that it makes data transformation easier and more impactful. As a cloud-based tool, it’s accessible wherever you are. It also has an incredibly user-friendly GUI that makes creating workflows a breeze. It’s powerful and efficient, enabling users to create and automate data workflows in a fraction of the time it would take to do so manually or with legacy tools. By switching one letter to ELT (extract, load, transform), users can prepare massive data sets for analysis quickly and without consuming valuable time and resources. Perhaps most crucially, Matillion can bring together a modern data platform with key connections to tools like Snowflake and ThoughtSpot.

InterWorks clients like the Australian Football League, Quality Health Network and Optio are just a few organizations that have utilized Matillion as part of a truly modern, next-generation analytics infrastructure. These organizations span different regions, industries and use cases, yet each rely on Matillion to keep clean data flowing into their analytical systems.
