The Singapore Tableau User Group got together last week after two years of not being able to physically meet in person due to COVID-19 restrictions. We were extremely excited to see familiar faces and make new friends.
Hosting a TUG after Tableau Conference is always exciting, and I was able to share highlights from TC22 including Tableau Cloud, Extensions and new Tableau Prep features. As always, we try to provide a platform for members of our data community to share tips and tricks and promote their analytics passion:
Kelionel Mak, a Tableau Student Ambassador, presented on creative ways to use the Pages feature in Tableau. Swagat Jena, a Tableau Public Ambassador and fellow TUG co-leader, shared Tableau dashboard best practices to help others build data visualizations that are both user friendly and visually appealing. Our friends from Tableau also came to support the event and meet the community:
Overall, it was a fantastic reunion of the Singapore Tableau User Group, and I can’t wait for the next physical meet-up. Stay tuned!
