Hello. My name is Bennett Frohock. I am an Analytics Consultant at InterWorks. I'm very excited to present this data app we've created for you. It's the go to market planning app. Have you ever been in a Zoom meeting that goes on a little long and at the end of it, you're not quite sure what the key takeaways or action items from the meeting were? Well, this app is here to help you not only consolidate the information from that one meeting, but from multiple meetings and help you track your whole project and your client profiles altogether through one app. So we'll start from the client side. So here, we have a list of all of our clients, a little bit about who they are, how valuable they are to our company. From here, we can click in and see a little bit more about an individual client. Here, we've got an AI generated summary. We've also got our individual projects and total revenue from this client. So now we can dig a little bit deeper into an individual project. We can see all the tasks that are ongoing on this project and those that are are a little bit behind schedule, we can look at our AI generated project summary as well and view our tasks from the perspective of Gantt chart. We can look into the individual meetings that have taken place on this project and how the sentiment has changed from the client over time. We could even click on an individual meeting to drill in further or we can upload a new one, which is what we'll do now. So we'll call this like a DE, data engineering, check-in. And all you have to do is upload a text file using Sigma's new upload file feature. Submit it, and this is going to kick off oops. I forgot to put in the date. Let's try that again. Say it happened today. This is gonna kick off a bunch of background processes in Snowflake. It is basically taking the raw unstructured data that is the transcript, and it's extracting metadata features such as the duration of the meeting, the duration of each speaker talking, who those speakers are, as well as AI generated summaries, key insights and takeaways. It's extracting word matching for keywords as well. Here it goes. Alright. So here we've got some key points and takeaways. We've also got some keywords that have been extracted. We can see their number of participants. We can break them down by word count or speaking time. From there, we can go and look at some next steps and insights. The cool thing about these next steps, we can then take these, we can edit them if we want, and then we can convert these into tasks that will then show up in our project tracker. We can also generate a follow-up email. We can either use a simple email here or we can use the advanced options to go into a little more detail. So we can choose, okay, one action oriented email. Let's keep it concise. We're a consultant here. We're gonna leave out the key insights and stick to the meeting summary next steps. We're gonna keep this professional but friendly. We're gonna send this one off to Chairman Meow, because these are cats after all. We'll be doing it today. And, again, this is running an AI call, and it's going to fill out the email body as well as the header for us. Now we can see there's some markdown formatting here, but the AI is going to convert that into HTML, which then Sigma can read. And we send our email. Let's go ahead and set our recipient. And looks good to me. We'll send this off. You should be able to see that show up in your inbox. Here we go. And there you go. So that is the GTM Planning app. Thank you so much for tuning in.
