CHALLENGE:

Ratify is a secure, cloud-based platform that provides IT managers and CXO’s with easy, automated reports and recommendations that help companies reclaim the average 30% wasted spend on the network, so they can use the savings to buy the stuff that actually helps companies reach their business goals. Ratify required overall data warehouse and design advisement, and solutions that would clearly present their data to their internal design and development teams to quickly identify data analysis opportunities and visualization options that could be displayed to their customers on their Saas Application.

SOLUTION:

InterWorks’ BI consultants began by implementing custom SQL queries to adapt to the mix of datasets incoming from multiple company networks. InterWorks outlined a plan of action with Tableau dashboard design to align with the intricate requests of datasets. Finally, through Tableau best-practices training, InterWorks and Ratify jointly began designing business focused reports, which in effect accelerated the rate at which Ratify was able to leverage their capabilities with new datasets and needs as they arose.

RESULTS:

The team at Ratify now has a clear understanding of visual analysis, quicker implementation of design and more efficient database design. The workflow of the organization can now focus on the successful utilization of evaluative reports for their clients. In addition to BI consultation, Ratify now also looks to InterWorks as a resource to solve any IT business problem quickly, including: network support and custom web/software development.
