Just pushed LANDBOSS version 1.01 to the live environment. While focusing mainly on feedback we got from users, it ended up with a few pretty big changes to the core architecture. Testing was surprisingly quick and easy this time around, though. Either our hard work is paying off or there’s a storm on the horizon. I think my paranoia is healthy, though.
We’ll start work tomorrow on version 1.02 (brilliantly named IMHO!) which will focus on a robust data import system. We get a request for it every time we demo LANDBOSS, but wanted to get 1.01 stable and out to people without the importer delaying it 6-10 weeks. I can’t say I’m particularly looking forward to implementing it, importers are such that no matter what you give people it won’t live up to their expectations. Any importer is better than no importer, though, and we’ll do our absolute best to make it a good one!
