Originally from Southern Pines, North Carolina, Taylor now resides in Portland, Oregon. In January of 2020, he hopped in a car with his wife, Anna, and their golden retriever, Millie, to start a new adventure. They have come to love the wondrous nature and sublime cuisine of the PNW, but they still make time to go back home and bear the humidity for their friends and family. Oh, and Bojangles.

Prior to Portland, Taylor spent a decade in Chapel Hill where he went to school and worked for a solar energy company to kickstart his career in data. He then pivoted to a data role in pet healthcare before finding a home at InterWorks. As an InterWorker, Taylor has enjoyed engineering sustainable solutions for the best clients with the best people.

In his free time, you might find Taylor riding his bike along the waterfront, hiking for views, running, weightlifting, watching the Timbers, or enjoying some karaoke with friends. He was, as he likes to jokingly put it, a collegiate singer (all-male a cappella) and continues that passion as a member of the Portland Symphonic Choir.
