Haleigh’s path into data analytics started in research labs and patient care offices, but it was the thrill of spotting patterns, building solutions, and driving smarter decisions that pulled her all the way in. Before joining InterWorks, she led analytics and operational strategy at two family medicine clinics, where she built tools to streamline workflows, improve patient outcomes, and turn community needs into actionable insights.

She brings the curiosity of a researcher, the grit of a long-distance runner, and the clarity of a strategist. Haleigh thrives in fast-moving environments where she can blend statistical thinking, business strategy, and a bit of creative flair. Whether she’s digging into business data, fighting parking tickets in Portland, or hosting a themed game night for 20+ people, she brings both precision and playfulness to the table.

Outside of work, you’ll find her trail running, rock climbing, or exploring the wild corners of the Pacific Northwest — often while planning her next race or big adventure.
