Citizens State Bank, a family owned community bank catering to central Oklahoma, looked to InterWorks to revamp its phone system. Their previous system was dated, and didn’t allow for an efficient flow of client calls, an essential function of any community enterprise.
InterWorks worked with the three branches of Citizens State Bank in Stillwater, OK and Morrison, OK to optimize their phone system. InterWorks proposed a VoIP solution with ShoreTel. The upgrade to ShoreTel would provide the least amount of cost per dial when calling anywhere in-state. ShoreTel switches and a Dell POE were also implemented, in order to provide power and connectivity to each device. In order to manage the whole system, a new Windows server was installed.
The new system proved itself to be a valuable upgrade, by reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Calling costs were reduced by the implementation of the ShoreTel communications solution, and the streamlining of transferring and conferencing calls allowed for a more efficient workflow. Auto-attendants handle call-routing and voicemail for each employee, allowing them to spend more time focusing on clients.
