Cancellation Terms

INTERWORKS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY

  • An engagement is created by your acceptance of our quotation or by us receiving your purchase order or statement of work
  • Requests to cancel or reschedule an engagement must be submitted via email with the word cancellation or reschedule in
    the subject line to ops@interworks.co.uk. These requests are not accepted by phone or voicemail.
  • You may cancel an engagement at no charge up to 15 business days before the engagement Start Date
  • You may reschedule an engagement at no charge within 11-14 business days before the engagement Start Date
  • If you cancel or reschedule an engagement within 6-10 business days of the Start Date you shall pay InterWorks any related
    non-recoverable expenses incurred by InterWorks.
  • If you cancel or reschedule an engagement within 1-5 business days of the Start Date you shall pay InterWorks 50% of the
    cost of the engagement plus any related non-recoverable expenses incurred by InterWorks.
  • If you cancel or reschedule an engagement within 24 hours of the Start Date/Time you shall pay InterWorks 100% of the cost
    of the engagement plus any related non-recoverable expenses incurred by InterWorks as a result.

 

INTERWORKS TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Onsite Training is confirmed by your acceptance of our quotation or at the point an invoice is issued to you, whichever
    happens first.
  • Requests to cancel or reschedule an engagement must be submitted via email with the word cancellation or reschedule in the
    subject line to ops@interworks.co.uk. These requests are not accepted by phone or voicemail.
  • You may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge.
  • You may cancel a class at no charge up to 15 business days before the class Start Date
  • You may reschedule a class at no charge within 11-14 business days before the class Start Date
  • If you cancel or reschedule a class within 6-10 business days of the Start Date you shall pay InterWorks any related nonrecoverable expenses incurred by InterWorks.
  • If you cancel or reschedule a class within 1-5 business days of the Start Date you shall pay InterWorks 50% of the cost of the
    class plus any related nonrecoverable expenses incurred by InterWorks.
  • If you cancel or reschedule a class within 24 hours of the Start Date/Time you shall pay InterWorks 100% of the cost of the class
    plus any related nonrecoverable expenses incurred by InterWorks as a result.
  • No shows will forfeit 100% of the cost of the class.

 

CANCELLATION BY INTERWORKS

  • InterWorks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to you at
    least six (6) business days prior to scheduled commencement date/
  • In the event of cancellation by InterWorks, you may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward
    alternative class(es).
  • InterWorks will not be responsible for non-refundable transportation, lodging, or other costs related to a cancelled class.
