OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. – okcBiz Magazine ranked InterWorks #3 in their recent Best Places to Work in Oklahoma competition. This marks the third consecutive year in which InterWorks made the top 10 in the Small/Medium category. The #3 ranking is the highest for InterWorks to date. The top 30 companies attended an awards dinner on June 26 at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK, where okcBIz revealed rankings.
“We’re excited to rank among the Best Places to Work in Oklahoma again this year,” said InterWorks’ CEO, Behfar Jahanshahi. “We owe our success to the great people we employ. This award is a testament to the unique culture they’ve helped shape at InterWorks.”
Best Companies Group ranks the competition by evaluating data collected through employer questionnaires and employee surveys. BCG returns the results to their respective applicants, identifying company strengths and weaknesses in relation to the competition. Evaluation categories include: Leadership and Planning; Corporate Culture and Communication; Role Satisfaction; Work Environment; and Relationship to Supervisor.

InterWorks’ #3 ranking is attributed to a fun work environment, flexible hours, solid benefits and a high level of employee satisfaction. Employees can unwind in the office game rooms, enjoy regular company outings to OKC Thunder games or stop by the InterWorks tailgate at each OSU football home game. Even at the office, events such as Beverage Fridays, monthly massages and visits from friendly service dogs make coming into the office all the more enjoyable. On top of all that, employees can also get their caffeine fix when the full-service espresso cart stops by the office.
