Pearltrees Visualizes you Web Bookmarks

Ben Parr at Mashable posted an interesting article on a new service called Pearltrees.  This tool provides a visual way to organize your website bookmarks.  It also includes aspects of social media, allowing you to share your Pearltrees with other registered users. 

It’s a very different way to view this kind of information.  I can see some value in it for three reasons:  1) I like visual dipictions of data  2) I like being able to view other people’s weblinks  3) I like the social aspects of the service.

By downloading a Firefox toolbar you can quickly add websites to your Pearltrees.
