IW Gives Back

InterWorks reflects its people, both in work and service to others. When there is a cause in need, we want to help. Beyond our recruiting efforts to seek people with this shared service mindset, we want to support that instinct where we can.

Our IW Gives Back program is simple: Every employee has two full days per year to be used as “paid volunteer” time for their chosen cause. This is in addition to any of our planned group service opportunities that arise throughout the year.
